Armed with a desire to spread the passion for Korean cuisine, we toured our fair city, from heaving Hoxton to the buzz of Bishopsgate, before settling at the Southbank’s Real Food Festival, Kingston’s Ancient Market and the BOXPARK, Shoreditch.
